At Keenfunnel, we believe that a diverse team brings the perspectives, ideas and experience that make our work better. This policy sets out our commitments and how to raise a concern.

Our commitment

We want everyone who works with us to feel valued, respected and able to contribute. We do not discriminate on the grounds of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion or belief, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, cultural background or any other characteristic protected by law.

Principles

1. Equal opportunity: we hire, pay, promote and assign work based on skills, experience and performance.
2. Fair hiring: we give candidates the pay range for the role before the interview, we do not ask about their pay history, and we make reasonable adjustments for candidates who need them.
3. Inclusive culture: we encourage open dialogue and seek input from different voices before we take decisions.
4. No harassment: we do not tolerate harassment, including sexual harassment, bullying or discrimination, by or against anyone who works with us, whether in person, on calls or online.

Raising a concern

If you experience or witness discrimination or harassment, report it through our Speak-Up Channel. We look into every report, keep it confidential and protect people who report in good faith from retaliation.
