Ethics Policy

At Keenfunnel, we are committed to conducting our business to high ethical standards. This policy sets out the principles that guide our decisions. It applies to everyone who works for Keenfunnel or acts on its behalf, including team members and contractors.

Core values

1. Integrity: we are honest in everything we do, and we do the right thing even when it is difficult.
2. Respect: we treat everyone with respect and dignity, value different perspectives, and do not tolerate discrimination or harassment. Our Diversity Policy explains how.
3. Transparency: we give clients and the public clear and accurate information.
4. Accountability: we take responsibility for our actions and decisions.

Compliance with the law

We comply with the laws that apply wherever we work and deliver, including those on data protection, privacy, intellectual property, advertising, competition and sanctions. Our Sanctions and Export Controls Policy explains how we screen clients.

Anti-bribery and gifts

1. We never offer, pay, request or accept bribes or other improper payments, directly or through others.
2. We do not give or accept gifts or hospitality that could influence, or appear to influence, a business decision. Modest and occasional gifts are acceptable.
3. We do not make payments to public officials to speed up routine actions.

Conflicts of interest

Everyone who works for Keenfunnel must avoid situations where their personal interests conflict with those of Keenfunnel or its clients, and must disclose any conflict to management as soon as it arises. We tell clients about any conflict that could affect our work for them.

Fair competition

We compete on the quality and value of our services. We do not agree prices or share markets with competitors, and we do not misuse their confidential information.

Responsible marketing

1. Our claims are truthful and backed by evidence.
2. We do not use dark patterns, false urgency or other design tricks that push people into decisions.
3. We contact people only as our Outbound Communications Policy allows.
4. We publish only real testimonials, as our Reviews, Testimonials and Endorsements Policy requires.

Client data and confidentiality

We protect the confidentiality and security of our clients' information and use it only to deliver our services, as our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement explain. Everyone who works for Keenfunnel must handle client information with care and keep it confidential.

Responsible AI

We develop and use AI in line with our AI Policy.

Reporting concerns

If you suspect a breach of this policy or of the law, report it through our Speak-Up Channel or to legal@keenfunnel.com. We handle reports confidentially and do not tolerate retaliation against anyone who reports in good faith.

Review

We review this policy at least once a year to reflect changes in the law and in our business. Everyone who works for Keenfunnel must read it when they join.
