This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may and may not do when you use the sites, services and deliverables of Keenfunnel LLC ("Keenfunnel", "we", "us"), including the automations, AI systems and accounts we provide. It applies to everyone who uses them, and for clients it forms part of our Terms and Conditions.
Prohibited activities and uses
You may not use our sites and services to do anything that is illegal, that harms others or that would expose us to liability, including:
- Disclosing sensitive personal information about others;
- Collecting, or trying to collect, personal information about others without a lawful basis;
- Threatening harm to people or property, or harassing anyone;
- Buying services on behalf of a business or person without their authority;
- Misrepresenting products or services, or making false or unsupported claims;
- Infringing the intellectual property or other rights of others;
- Helping or encouraging anyone to do any of the above.
AI outputs
When you use AI systems that we build or run for you, you may not:
- Create deepfakes or other synthetic images, audio or video of real people without their consent, or publish them without a clear AI label;
- Create sexual or intimate images of real people, or any material that depicts child sexual abuse;
- Use any practice that the EU AI Act prohibits, such as manipulative techniques that cause significant harm, social scoring, or emotion recognition at work or in education;
- Present an AI chatbot or AI voice agent as a human, or remove the AI disclosures we build in;
- Generate fake reviews or testimonials.
Outreach
If you use our automations, AI voice agents or lists to contact people, you must:
- Follow the email, call and text-message rules of each recipient's country, such as the LSSI and the telecommunications law in Spain, PECR in the United Kingdom, CASL in Canada, and the TCPA and the CAN-SPAM Act in the United States;
- Have the consent those rules require before you send marketing messages or place calls, including calls with AI voices;
- Honor opt-outs promptly and keep a suppression list.
When we send messages on your behalf, we follow our Outbound Communications Policy.
Security
- You may not test, probe or scan our systems for vulnerabilities without our written permission. Security researchers should follow our Vulnerability Disclosure Policy.
- You may not use or distribute tools designed to compromise security, send files containing malware or corrupted data, access any network or system without permission, or monitor data on a network or system without its owner's authorization.
- You must keep your login details confidential and protect any account we provide to you.
Service resources
You may not overload our sites and services, run denial-of-service attacks, or do anything else that degrades their performance for others.
Sanctions
You may not use our sites, services or deliverables if you are a sanctioned person or act for one, or from, in or for the benefit of an embargoed country or region. Our Sanctions and Export Controls Policy explains the rules.
Enforcement
If you breach this policy, we may, acting reasonably and in proportion to the breach:
- Suspend or end your services or account, without notice if the breach is serious;
- Disable or remove prohibited content;
- Report the breach to the competent authorities, where the law requires it or a crime may have been committed.
If we write to you about a suspected breach and you do not reply within the time we give, we may suspend the services until you do.
If we suspend or end your account, you can ask for a copy of your data. A copy of your personal data is free; for other data, we may charge only our reasonable costs of preparing it.
We may recover the reasonable costs of investigating and stopping a breach. These measures do not limit any other rights or remedies we have.

Changes
We show the date of the latest change at the top of this page. For clients with ongoing services, material changes take effect as our Terms and Conditions explain.
