Grounds for Takedown
The Agency may consider takedown requests on the following grounds:

Takedown Request Procedure
- Submission of Request:
- Requests must be submitted in writing to info@keenfunnel.com.
- The request should include the complainant's full name, contact information, and a detailed description of the content in question.
- Details Required:
- Specific URL(s) or location(s) of the content on our website.
- A clear explanation of why the content is considered infringing or otherwise objectionable.
- Evidence supporting the claim (if applicable), such as copyright registration details or court orders.
- Review Process:
- Upon receipt of a valid request, the Agency will review the submission to determine if the content violates any laws or the Agency’s policies.
- The Agency reserves the right to consult with legal counsel if necessary.
- Decision:
- The Agency will notify the complainant of its decision within 10 business days.
- If the takedown request is approved, the Agency will remove or disable access to the content promptly.
Counter-Notice
If content is removed, the uploader or author may submit a counter-notice if they believe the takedown was in error. The counter-notice should include:
- Identification of the content that has been removed and its location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury explaining why the content was removed in error.
- The uploader’s contact information.
Good Faith Limitation
The Agency will act in good faith when processing takedown requests but will not be liable for any wrongful removal of content resulting from its adherence to this policy.
Amendments
The Agency reserves the right to amend this Takedown Policy at any time to reflect changes in legal obligations or internal practices. The updated policy will be posted on the Agency’s website.
