This policy explains how Keenfunnel collects and publishes testimonials, case studies, reviews and endorsements on its sites, in proposals and on social media.
Real clients, in their own words
- Every testimonial comes from a real client who used the service described. We keep a record of who gave it and when.
- We publish the client's words as given. We only shorten them or fix typing errors, never change their meaning, and the client approves the final text.
- We use a person's name, photo, logo and job title only with their written permission, which they can withdraw at any time.
- We never write testimonials ourselves, generate them with AI, or attribute statements to people who did not make them.
- We do not use stock or placeholder images for the people who give testimonials.
Disclosure of connections
If a client received anything in return for a testimonial or review, such as a discount, free work or a gift, or has a business or personal relationship with us, we say so next to it.
Results
Claims about results, such as revenue, savings or growth figures, state their source and the period they cover, and we keep evidence on file. Past results do not guarantee future results.
Reviews on other platforms
- We may invite every client to leave a review. We never pay for positive reviews, invite only satisfied clients, or offer rewards that depend on a positive rating.
- We do not remove, hide or suppress negative reviews, except reviews that are unlawful, abusive or unrelated to our services.
- We do not post reviews of our own services or of competitors.
Endorsements
People who promote us in return for a benefit must disclose that connection clearly.
Withdrawing a testimonial
To withdraw your testimonial or report a concern, write to legal@keenfunnel.com. We remove withdrawn testimonials within 10 business days.
These rules follow the US Federal Trade Commission's Rule on the Use of Consumer Reviews and Testimonials (16 CFR Part 465) and its Endorsement Guides, and the EU rules on unfair commercial practices.
