These terms apply to the free ISO/IEC 42001 readiness assessment at https://www.keenfunnel.com/iso42001-assessment.

What the assessment is

The assessment is a self-assessment that gives an indicative readiness score against ISO/IEC 42001. It is not an audit, a certification or legal advice. Only accredited certification bodies can certify an AI management system against ISO/IEC 42001. Your result depends on your answers, which we do not verify.

Your answers and your report

1. Your answers are encoded in the link to your report. Anyone who has the link can open the report and read your answers, so share it only with people you trust.
2. We do not store your answers on our servers.
3. Our analytics tools receive only a masked version of the report link, without your answers, and your score and readiness level.

Using your results

You may use your report within your organization. You must not present it as a certificate, or as an endorsement by Keenfunnel or by ISO.

No warranty

The assessment is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Keenfunnel is not liable for decisions made on the basis of the score.
