It complies with the economic sanctions and export-control laws that apply to it, including those administered by the US Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and the US Department of Commerce, and, where they apply to its people or activities, the sanctions of the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United Nations.

We do not work with any person or organization on a sanctions list, including OFAC's Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List and the EU and UK consolidated lists, or with organizations owned 50% or more by such persons.
Some services are restricted for certain countries even where trade is not banned outright. For example, US rules prohibit providing management consulting and IT consultancy and design services to persons located in Russia, and EU rules prohibit services such as advertising, market research and business consulting for entities established in Russia. We review every request connected with Russia, Belarus, Syria, Venezuela or another country subject to sanctions before we quote, and we may decline it.

By ordering from us, you confirm that you are not a sanctioned person, are not acting for one, and will not use our services, deliverables or lead data in a sanctioned country or for a sanctioned purpose. We may suspend or end services immediately, without liability, if this confirmation stops being true or if continuing would breach sanctions laws.
Some software and technology may be subject to export controls. You must not export, re-export or transfer our deliverables in breach of those laws.
